ACI Study Finds No Difference in Consumer Electronics Prices between Wal-Mart and Best Buy

The American Consumer Institute released a new study which states that shoppers’ perception that Wal-Mart is the lowest-priced retailer for consumer electronics goods is incorrect. In fact, the study’s findings show that there isn’t a difference in pricing, that shoppers ranked Best Buy tops in overall service and urged Wal-mart to improve its shelf labeling to help consumers make better-informed decisions.
